Here's exactly what happens from the moment you click Continue to the day you fly out.

Create your Med Trips account

Enter your email + password and you're registered. We use this to send your booking confirmation and let you back into MyAccount any time.
Fill in your application

Personal info, your destination, your preferred elective discipline (Cardiology, A&E, Paediatrics…) — everything we need to start placing you.
Pay the booking deposit

$249 USD / £179 GBP / €229 EUR / $350 AUD via our secure Stripe gateway. Fully refunded if we can't place you on the elective you've picked.
Welcome + Booking Confirmation

You get a welcome email straight away acknowledging your application. We then send your official Booking Confirmation in 7–10 working days.
Final steps in MyAccount

Once your Booking Confirmation lands, log into MyAccount to upload passport / insurance / arrival details and pay the programme fee in instalments. Then pack your bags.
